'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria started with an aspiration: to introduce genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop originated as a quaint locale, inheriting generations-old recipes.
Marco Bianchi, the progenitor, mastered pizza creation on her Italian sojourns, learning from Naples' esteemed pizzaiolos — the cradle of pizza. Upon her UK return, she aimed to offer a slice of Italian authenticity, valuing traditional craftsmanship and premium ingredients.
From our origins as a cozy pizzeria with just 12 seats, we've blossomed into a cherished local gem without compromising on the integrity of our craft. We persist using the age-old wood oven baking, preparing fresh dough daily, and selecting top-tier ingredients.
Now, 'Dough Maestro's Pizzeria' is still within family confines, passed down to the Bianchi next of kin who steer our devoted crew. Even with novel introductions, we remain true to our ethos: delivering delectable, genuine pizza that unites patrons.
